Make sure your child is not left out of the fun. Many sport or camp organizations require a pre-participation physical examination (PPE) before a child can start participating in activities. This exam is critical for making sure your child is healthy and not pre-disposed to future injury or illness caused by participating in sports, camp, or school activities.

A PPE includes:

  • A complete review of medical history & vaccinations
  • A complete physical examination
  • Examination of balance, posture, and overall strength
  • Administering any missing vaccinations

Pre-participation physical examinations can be completed in our office.  We can also administer any vaccinations or perform blood work on-site at our state of the art lab.

AFC Urgent Care has convenient hours and always accepts walk-ins.  We accept most major health insurances as well as offer affordable self-pay options for uninsured patients.

Our hours are weekdays 8AM-8PM and weekends 8AM-5PM.
